Custom Made Packaging No Minimum Order. Bespoke Packaging

With the installation of our new Intec Colorcut flatbed digital die cutter and creaser we can now produce short run custom made packaging with no minimum order. 

We can provide both a single prototype and the entire print run.

Our flatbed cutter can penetrate up to 450gsm. The machine also comes with a built in creaser enabling us to both cut and crease a box in a matter of seconds. It can also perforate if required.

We can produce packaging from design templates as small as a cigarette box and as large as a size 15 shoe box and anything in between! (Perfume box packaging, gift box packaging, confectionery box packaging, mobile phone box packaging).

The machines flatbed can cut and crease/perforate up to SRA2 prior to assembly.

Our custom packaging boxes can include any of the print finishes available on our other printed products such as spot uv, foiling, soft touch lamination.

Whilst this introduction specifically mentions boxes there are also many other uses for this machine such as custom envelopes for posting out samples, point of sale shape cutting.
